Lorenzo Girones, B.A., LL.B., Q.C.*
Lorenzo Girones, B.A.,
LL. B., Q.C., was called to the Bar in 1970, and was appointed Queen's Counsel
in 1981. Mr. Girones holds a B.A. in Politics and Philosophy from the University
of Western Ontario and a law degree from the University of Toronto.
Presently, his areas of practice include medical malpractice, personal injury,
wrongful dismissals and corporate litigation work. Mr. Girones practices throughout
Ontario and has been involved in trials in all areas of the Province, and
has appeared numerous times before the Ontario Court of Appeal and the Supreme
Court of Canada.

Marc C. Laroche, B.A. (Hons.), LL. B.
Marc C. Laroche, B.A. (Hons.), LL. B., was called to the Bar in 1995 and is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Moncton. He previously obtained an Honours degree in Law & Justice from Laurentian University. His primary areas of practice include Civil Litigation and Insurance Law with special interest in motor vehicle accidents, accident benefits, slip and falls, wrongful dismissals and disability claims. He is actively involved with the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Ontario (Timmins Chapter) and the local mixed slo-pitch baseball league. A member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, Mr. Laroche is fluent in both French and English.
André J. Bourdon, B.Soc.Sc., LL.B.
André J. Bourdon, B. Soc., Sc., LL.B., was called to the Bar in 1996 and is a graduate of the University of Ottawa. Prior to studying law, Mr. Bourdon obtained a degree in Criminology and Sociology. He is involved in the local sports scene as a participant and organizer. Mr. Bourdon has been with the firm since 1994 and his primary areas of practice include claims for motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, and wrongful dismissals. Mr. Bourdon is a bilingual lawyer who handles cases everywhere in Ontario.
Cindy A. MacDonald, LL.L., LL.B. **
Cindy MacDonald, LL.L., LL.B., was called to the Quebec Bar in 1992, and to the Ontario Bar in 1996. Ms. MacDonald graduated from the University of Ottawa in 1991. She has been with the firm since 1994. Her primary areas of practice are medical malpractice and personal injury actions. She is a member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association and is fluent in English and in French.
JAY G. MEUNIER, B.A.;
LL.B Jay G. Meunier, B.A.; LL.B., was called to the Bar in 1995 and is a graduate
of the Faculty of the University of Moncton. Mr. Meunier's preferred area
of practice includes motor vehicle accidents, personal injury, corporate law
and matrimonial litigation. Mr. Meunier handles Trials, Hearings, Motions,
Appeals, Applications and Mediation.
Mr. Meunier has acted in the past as a facilitator for the pilot public information
sessions on the Child Support Guidelines offered through the Ministry of the
Attorney General. In March, 2001 Mr. Meunier was appointed for a two year
term by the Office of the Children's Lawyer to the Children's Lawyer Personal
Rights Panel in the District of Cochrane to represent children in matters
pertaining to custody/access, child protection, adoption consent and minor
parent cases.
Active in his community, Mr. Meunier dedicates a great deal time of his time
to various charitable organizations. Mr. Meunier has been actively involved
with the local Chapter of the Heart & Stroke Foundation since 1992 where he
has held various local and provincial positions including the local Presidency
for many years. Mr. Meunier currently holds the provincial title of Chair
of the World Class Recognition Committee of the Heart & Stroke Foundation
of Ontario.
Mr. Meunier is a member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association. He is fluent
in English, French and Spanish and serves clients throughout the Province
of Ontario.
